Cathy Nosek
Owner, Broker, Realtor
Cathy Nosek started her Real Estate company in Baltimore, Maryland over 30 years ago. A native of Richmond, Indiana she has lived in Bethlehem, Doylestown (Bucks County), West Chester, PA, Cherry Hill, NJ and Baltimore, MD and now resides in Greensboro.
Cathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park and continued graduate studies in Business at University College of the University of Maryland. She has been licensed in real estate since 1978 in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and now a licensed Broker in North Carolina.

Cathy is a member of the Grievance committee for the Greensboro Board of Realtors. Currently an active member of the Greensboro Symphony Guild and President of P.E.O.(A philanthropic educational organization for women). She is living her passion serving others so they can enjoy the value of real estate.
Tyler Nosek
Broker-in-Charge / Property Manager
Tyler has called Greensboro his home for over 30 years. He joined Belvedere Properties in 2020 after obtaining his real estate license in 2020. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University receiving a BS degree in Communication. He purchased his first investment property in 2012 and has been involved with Real Estate and property management ever since.
He is married to his wonderful wife; Jamie and they have a fun and energetic daughter. Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors golfing, hunting, and playing tennis when he isn’t working.
Tyler is a board member of the Triad REIA.
Tyler loves to help people grow their income through real estate and taking care of their properties while providing great opportunities for tenants.
Letti Pagan
Administrative Assistant
Letti joined Belvedere Properties as an administrative assistant in 2025.

Letti is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and spent her childhood in several New England states before making North Carolina her home. As a dedicated wife and mother, she understands the importance of balancing the needs of property owners while creating comfortable, functional spaces for tenants. With a background in small business administration, project management, and insurance, Letti brings a well-rounded perspective to her role at Belvedere Properties. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she looks forward to working with a diverse range of clients and assisting them with their real estate needs.
Tripp Basham
Maintenance Coordinator
Tripp Basham is our maintenance coordinator and property inspector. He comes to Belvedere Properties with an in-depth knowledge for architecture, construction and Real Estate. Tripp moved south from Boston, MA via Palm Beach, FL and has been in North Carolina since 2023. Tripp has 2 Corgis and is an avid gardener. Tripp is a true asset to Belvedere Properties.

This is a great property management company. When we were preparing to move to Greensboro, we were too busy to do the research to find a place to rent that was compatible with our needs (e.g. fenced in backyard, location, etc.).
